Dhyan, is a Senior Advocate. He also founded a firm called CrestLaw Partners having its offices in Bangalore and Chennai. Enrolled as an Advocate with the Bar Council of India in July 1998, he was also a Solicitor of England & Wales until 2014. He was the youngest to be designated as Senior Advocate by the High Court of Karnataka in the year 2014.

An alumnus of the University Law College, Bangalore,Dhyan graduated with a B.A.L., LL.B. degree and secured the first rank in Bangalore University at the Bachelor of Academic Law (B.A.L.) and the LL.B level. He was awarded the prestigious Shell Centenary Scholarship in the year 2002 to pursue his masters at University College, London and was awarded the LLM., in International Business Transactions (Litigation).

Dhyan has extensive experience in constitutional law, civil and commercial litigation and arbitration. He has acted for various multi-national companies and large conglomerates in litigation initiated in India and in arbitration within and outside India. He is engaged as lead counsel in various fora including the Supreme Court, State High Courts, District Courts and various Tribunals across the country.

He has handled arbitrations relating to large construction, joint venture, intellectual property and power project related disputes. He is also regularly appointed as arbitrator.He is a member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators.

Dhyan is highly rated by Chambers Asia and Asia Legal 500. His interests lie in reading, travel and cricket. He regularly contributes articles and speaks on varied legal issues.
